How to claim prize
Physical Tickets
- At the back of your ticket, fill in your name and signature. Keep the validated ticket in a secure place.
- You can claim prizes ranging from ₱20.00 to ₱10,000.00 at any authorized Lotto outlet or PCSO Branch Office near you.
- You can claim prizes ranging from ₱10,001.00 to ₱300,000.00 at PCSO Branch Offices in your area or at the 2nd Floor of the PCSO Main Office.
- Prizes starting from ₱300,001.00 up to the JACKPOT PRIZE must be validated and claimed exclusively at the 2nd Floor of the PCSO Main Office.
E-Lotto
- Prizes ₱300,000.00 and below can be cashed out through the E-Lotto App.
- Prizes of ₱300,000.01 and above can be claimed at the PCSO Main Office.
- Present the QR Code of the winning ticket and two (2) valid IDs for verification.
